INTRODUCTION

This provides details regarding the ORGAN & TISSUE DONATION DRIVE 2008 organized by the Social Development Bureau of the Indian Cultural Society (ICS), Multimedia University,Cyberjaya Campus.

This event endeavors to increase the awareness amongst ordinary people, the importance of Organ Donation as a potential life saving move

OBJECTIVES

Ø To educate the community of the importance of Organ and Tissue Donation.

Ø To inform the community what is meant by Organ & Tissue Donation and how it is being carried out.

Ø To enlighten the community on how transplantations have helped thousands of lives and how they can also play their part by signing up as donors to save more lives in the future.

Ø Via this program, we hope to widen the social circle between ICS members and the rest of the Multimedians.

Ø To develop and enhance the friendship and union among students from diverse cultures and attitudes.

Ø To instill a sense of responsibility towards the society in every Multimedia.

Ø To learn and share the knowledge learned via this experience.

Ø To cultivate in members, the key aspects of leadership and time management.

Ø To establish ICS Cyberjaya as one of the high profile societies of Multimedia University in Malaysia.

Finally there will be an event on ORGAN DONATION on nex year.It will be taken over by the welfare bureau for this event.So hope u people give us a good support in this event.Thank you
